CAREWELL was founded by Anita Somaini and continues to be personally led by her today. As a Swiss-trained Registered Nurse, she combines personal leadership with professional nursing expertise. Her extensive experience in hospital care, rehabilitation, emergency medicine and healthcare management has shaped CAREWELL’s care philosophy, personalised approach and high quality standards from the very beginning.
A particular focus of her work is caring for people living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, neurological conditions and complex care needs. Individualised care, safety and quality of life always remain at the centre of everything we do.
To this day, Anita Somaini remains actively involved in daily life at CAREWELL, ensuring that personal care, Swiss quality standards and a family-oriented environment continue to be lived every day.
