The care organization at CAREWELL and the care supervision are the direct responsibility of Anita Somaini and the responsible chief carers. The nursing management consists of 3 European and 3 Thai nursing staff. The nursing department comprises around 52 trained nursing staff who take care of our 20 residents.
 
At CAREWELL most guests have 3 nurses who work alternately in 8-hour shifts. Most of our nurses are Thai nationals. The nurses have a degree from a designated school or have studied nursing. Most have experience from national or international hospitals. We aim for regular advanced training courses with renowned hospitals. We have cooperation contracts with the following hospitals:

- Bangkok International Hospital

- Siriroj Hospital

- Mission Hospital

Our nurses pay attention to the needs of each resident into account and ensure that each individual is properly cared for in accordance with the prescribed nursing guidelines. In addition to the actual care, your range of care includes care for excursions, walks to the nearby beach, visiting a restaurant, shopping, hairdressers, nail salons, cultural festivals and activities such as painting; games; Music; Arts and crafts; and exercise in the pool.

Please note: For some activities such as larger trips to Phuket or other provinces, boat trips to other islands, hairdressing and nail salons, etc., there are external costs. These are discussed with the supervising family member or the confidant and approved by them.
