Hi, I’m Irene, and I am 63 years old.

I came to Thailand with the intention of slowing down and enjoying a period of rest and relaxation. However, during my stay, I began to experience increasing difficulty with my mobility, particularly when walking. Then one day, I suddenly couldn’t move or bend my leg. I was in pain, and it became clear that my knee required medical attention.

After undergoing medical evaluation, including an MRI, I was informed that there was damage to the cartilage and a tear in the meniscus. Hi, I’m Darlene, and I am 88 years old.

I moved to CAREWELL about a year ago after living in a villa in Laguna. Following a serious fall, it became clear to my family and me that I needed more consistent support in my daily life, as well as reliable care. I had help at home for several years, but over time we realized that a different solution would better suit my needs. The next natural step for me was moving into an assisted living environment with professional support.

My son Dennis, who lives here in Phuket, began searching for suitable options and found CAREWELL online.
