As our loved ones become elderly and more dependent, the workload is enormously increased for each family member.

The care for dementia and Alzheimer's afflicted people is a very serious daily challenge. This type of demanding care requires detailed careful planning – from hourly, oftentimes, even down to minutes. As well, there must always be someone available to care for the dependent family member.

Spontaneous trips are almost unthinkable. Planning holidays can be very challenging and stressful. Oftentimes, rooms in residential and nursing homes are booked months in advance. As a solution to these challenges, CAREWELL SERVICE Co. Ltd. can act as a supervised holiday resort for the dependent family member while the rest of the family can enjoy their holiday staying elsewhere in Phuket or other areas, without worry. The family can decide how much involvement they would like in the daily care of their elderly relative. Family members and friends that wish to visit a loved one who is a guest of CAREWELL and combine that with a few days on holiday in Phuket, we recommend one of the many beautiful hotels around Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata or Kata Noi. We are happy to help you choose your hotel.

Important Notice: If you are planning a short-term stay (from 1 to 3 months) or require care for a loved one during a holiday period, we recommend contacting us well in advance. This allows us to work with you to find the best possible care solution for your family member.

Our facility primarily focuses on short- and long-term care placements. Please note that due to high demand, availability for short-term or holiday care is limited.

Early planning significantly increases the chances of securing a suitable care placement at your desired time – especially for temporary or shorter stays.
