As a Head Nurse (Nursing Director), you are responsible for ensuring high-quality, individualized patient care while leading and developing a dedicated nursing team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Overall management of the nursing department and operational processes
  • Ensuring high standards of care and continuous quality improvement
  • Leadership, motivation, and development of the nursing team
  • Implementation and further development of care concepts and standards
  • Conducting care rounds and quality control measures
  • Close collaboration with management and interdisciplinary partners
  • Responsibility for staff planning and efficient use of resources
Your Profile
  • Nursing qualification with leadership experience
  • Experience as a Head Nurse or in a similar leadership role
  • Knowledge of quality management and nursing organization
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Fluent in German and English
